Work at Home Scams
If you are nearing retirement, do you think you can live on government handouts, with rising prices and job losses? So what about starting a home based business opportunity? Do you even know where to start or how to assess your business suitability? The problem with people when they get out of work is that they sometimes get so desperate that they fall for the work at home scams.
So what can you do to keep away from the work at home scams? Look at a few things to get you started in a successful work at home business. One of the main reasons people start a home business is to make money. For some its a blessing to make money doing something they love. For example, I am not saying that you have to love house cleaning to have a successful business; however it would be a good idea if you didnt hate it. So decide exactly what kind of house cleaning services you will offer. Here you decided what cleaning you will do, like making beds, vacuuming, mopping and waxing floors, dusting and so on. Also note what you wont do, e.g. laundry. You can also decide to specialize, e.g. by cleaning carpets only, or cleaning suspended ceilings only. But usually with any job, you will have parts of it you dont like very much and parts of it that you do.
Next, you want to be competitive, both in quality of service, and in pricing. So pricing your work at home business is critical. To have an idea of how to charge for your housecleaning service, use your competition. Check your telephone directory and the classified ads section in your local newspapers for cleaning businesses, call them up (pretend to be a prospective client) and find out exactly what cleaning services they offer and how much they charge. With this formation decide the best price to charge for your cleaning service. And dont forget that you should have a detailed business plan. This should list out startup costs, etc. So you can see your work at home shaping up as a viable business.
Work at home scams , in my opinion, anyway, would of course be the HYIPs (high yield investment programs) where the owner of the program plays the equivalent of musical chairs with you, but instead of one char being needed, every chair except the owners is gone after a few days, weeks or months with money you invested. And to me the autosurf programs are variations on the HYIPs anyway.
I am very tired of work at home scams, so when I heard about a business based on the acquisition of customers, I realized that it was definitely different. Click the link to find out more. Find out why its called Its Good Business.
